1. The Service · 服务说明

Console-as-a-Service relays a network device's console (serial/USB-OTG) session to remote engineers through a browser terminal. The field bridge is free; engineer accounts may be free or paid (Pro). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis — it is a convenience tool for troubleshooting and must not be the only way you manage equipment.

本服务把网络设备的 console（串口/USB-OTG）会话通过浏览器终端中继给远端工程师。现场桥端免费，工程师端分免费与 Pro 付费档。 服务按"现状"和"可用即提供"的方式提供，属于排障辅助工具，不应作为你管理设备的唯一手段。

2. Accounts · 账号

You must provide a working email address, keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share credentials. You can close your account at any time by contacting daviddongxu@gmail.com.

你需要提供可用邮箱、妥善保管口令，并对账号下的行为负责。一人一号，请勿共用凭据。可随时通过 daviddongxu@gmail.com 申请注销账号。

3. Plans, prices and payment · 套餐、价格与付款

Pro is a one-time payment for a fixed period — it does not renew automatically and simply expires back to the free tier. Online card payments are processed by our payment provider; China-market payments are handled through afdian. Pro can also be activated with a one-time code bought from the Operator. Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged; the plan duration and amount are always the ones returned by our server.

Pro 是一次性付费、按期生效，不自动续费，到期自动降回免费档。信用卡付款由支付机构处理，国内付款通过爱发电完成； 也可向运营方购买一次性激活码开通。结算页面显示的价格即实际收取的价格，档位时长与金额一律以服务端返回为准。

4. Refunds · 退款

Because Pro is a digital service that activates immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once Pro is active. However, if Pro does not work for you and we cannot fix it, contact daviddongxu@gmail.com within 7 days of payment and we will refund that payment. Nothing here limits any non-waivable right you have under applicable consumer law. Duplicate charges or payments that failed to activate are always refunded in full.

Pro 属即时生效的数字服务，开通后原则上不退款；但若 Pro 无法正常使用且我们无法修复，请在付款后 7 天内联系 daviddongxu@gmail.com，我们将退还该笔款项。本条不限制你依当地消费者法律享有的不可放弃的权利； 重复扣款或已付款未开通的情况一律全额退款。

5. Acceptable use · 使用规范

• You may only relay devices and consoles you are authorized to access. You are responsible for obtaining that authorization from the device owner.
• Do not use the Service to break the law, to gain unauthorized access, to attack other systems, or to disturb networks you do not own.
• Do not overload the relay, resell the Service, or attempt to bypass plan limits.
• You keep all rights to your own data and configurations; relayed content is not used for any other purpose.

你只能中继你有权访问的设备与 console，并自行负责取得设备所有者的授权；不得用于违法、未授权访问、攻击他人系统或干扰你无权的网络； 不得滥用中继、转售服务或绕过档位限制。你对自己数据与配置保留全部权利，中继内容不会被用于其它用途。

6. Availability and liability · 可用性与责任

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, network failures or the loss of a field connection can end a session. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

我们会尽力保持高可用，但不承诺服务不中断：维护、网络故障或现场断线都可能导致会话结束。在法律允许的最大范围内， 我们对与服务相关索赔的责任上限为你索赔前十二个月内实际支付的费用，且不对间接损失（含数据丢失、利润损失、业务中断）负责。

7. Termination, changes and governing law · 终止、变更与适用法律

We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the Service or violates these terms. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes will be handled by its courts.

对滥用服务或违反本条款的账号，我们可暂停或终止其使用。条款如有更新，最新版本会连同日期发布在本页。 本条款适用中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律，争议由香港法院管辖。
